Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito, qualified by CAPES with QUALIS A3, referring to the four-year period 2017-2020 and will remain in this extract until the next evaluation in 2024 and the book Law and Justice, both published by Editorial Juruá, which rose from the 35th to the 17th position in the SPI International Ranking (Scholarly Publishers Indicators), which indicates the editorial prestige and qualifies the impact index of all the publishers that are present in Spain, thus being one of the international publishers with the greatest evolution during the year 2022 and the only Brazilian Luso.
PRESENTATION
CONSINTER is designed to promote individual autonomy so that, in a constructive and integrating way, individuals may improve their own destiny and the destiny of society in general.
ABOUT THE NOTICE
This Notice opens the call for submitting scientific articles for possible publication in one of CONSINTER’s official works for the next editions.
Articles will be analyzed by CONSINTER’s Board of Reviewers/Editorial Board using the double-blind review system and, if approved, will be published in one of CONSINTER’s official publications it may be presented orally during the CONSITNER Symposium of the current year upon payment of an additional cost, which must be made upon registration, (see item 13 in the submission rules).
The official works of CONSINTER: the journal “Revista International Consinter de Direito”, with European ISSN and DOI number, and the book “Direito e Justiça”, with three distinct ISBNs, European, Brazilian and Digital.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Post-graduate Professors and Students and (both, Lato Sensu – specialization – and Stricto Sensu in master’s and doctoral degrees); Specialists, Masters, Doctors, PHD, Researchers, University Professors, Judges, Representatives of the Prosecution Office, Lawyers and other professionals of the legal career can submit their articles, and, in general, people who are engaged, in the professional scope, in any fields or subjects of Law, and are interested in showing their original scientific studies on any of the themes proposed. The articles can be sent according to the following curricular requirements:
- Undergraduate students for exclusive participation as listeners without submitting articles.
- Undergraduate students can submit their articles, as long as they are co-authored with their supervisor (with the possibility of publication only in the CONSINTER book).
- Lato Sensu Postgraduate Students (specializing and specialists).
- Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Students (Master’s and Ph.D. students).
The main criterion for publication in the CONSINTER International Law Journal (QUALIS A3) is the author having a Ph.D. title. If he does not have it, his article will be evaluated in the same way and, if approved by the CONSINTER Council, it shall be published in the book Law and Justice.
Observing CONSINTER’s basic premise of supporting and promoting scientific and academic production, it is essential to inform that all articles registered, paid for, and originated following the target audience described in this item 4 heading, shall be accepted for analysis and possible publication.
DISSEMINATION OF THE LEGAL INVESTIGATION AND PUBLICATION OF THE ARTICLES
Observing the scenario that imposes great difficulties to those interested in publishing their studies and investigation work, CONSINTER comes up with the purpose of contributing to the diffusion of academic studies, publishing them, facilitating their dissemination, in addition to fostering an investigative formation of excellence, and the transfer of knowledge from universities to society.
The articles will be subjected to a selection and approval process by the Editorial Board of CONSINTER, meeting criteria of scientific quality, being the analysis carried out in the double blind review system, according to the requirements by the national and international institutions and agencies of investigation and teaching that evaluate the investigating activity of Post-Graduation.
Thus, in addition to providing visibility to scientific production in official CONSINTER publications, the authors of the approved articles by the CONSINTER Editorial Board shall have:
a) His/her paper published in the CONSINTER International Law Journal (QUALIS A3) and indexed in the National and International databases of great relevance in the academic world, allowing greater visibility for it, such as Scielo Portugal, Dialnet Google Scholar, Latindex, REDIB, CAPES, LivRe, Sumários.org, Cite Factor, Superior Electoral Court, Virtual Network of Integrated Libraries (RVBI), MIAR and member of Crossref or in the book Law and Justice.
b) The opportunity to present your scientific article orally, during CONSINTER X Symposium – Universitat de Barcelona to be held from November 15 to 17, 2023, upon payment of an additional cost, which must be made upon registration (see item 13 in the submission rules).
c) The possibility of receiving an international certification.
d) The opportunity to spread your scientific study, reaching internationally a larger number of people.
e) The possibility of indexing your article on the JuruáDocs Platform;
f) The possibility of expanding your network with people of high scientific and academic levels;
g) The opportunity to seek the transfer of scientific knowledge, which will contribute to the recognition of research activity and international scientific cooperation.
INFORMATION
All texts will be evaluated by the double-blind review system, respecting the authors’ anonymity.
At the sovereign criterion by the CONSINTER Editorial Board, some articles will be selected to be published in the periodic edition of the journal “Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito (QUALIS A3)”, with the respective ISSN. This publication will have two editions in Portugal, being one printed, and the other one digital.
The articles that have not been selected to the journal “Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito (QUALIS A3)”, but which have been approved by the Editorial Board, will be published in the official book of “CONSINTER Direito e Justiça”, with ISBN register. This publication will have three editions: one printed in Portugal, and two editions in Brazil (one digital and the other one printed).
