CONSINTER Internacional Journal of Law (“Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito”) and Book of Law and Justice (“Direito e Justiça”).
PRESENTATION
CONSINTER is designed to promote individual autonomy so that, in a constructive and integrating way, individuals may improve their own destiny and the destiny of society in general.
ABOUT THE NOTICE
This Public Notice continues with the open call for submission of scientific articles.
However, oral presentations of approved scientific articles and the CONSINTER VII International Law Symposium, which was initially scheduled to take place from October 7 to 9, 2020, in Spain, at the moment, are suspended, since CONSINTER values health and the well-being of its participants, authors, speakers and staff and complies with the guidance of the Ministry of Health, which acts to prevent and stop the spread of COVID-19.
Future decisions will be taken considering the global situation affected by this pandemic and aiming at the security of all.
The scientific articles approved by the CONSINTER Review Board/Editorial Board will be published in one of CONSINTER’s official publications.
NOTE: The Organizing Committee will be in charge of the nomination and the journal or of the Book issue the approved article will be published in.
The above-mentioned works are: the journal “Revista International Consinter de Direito”, with European ISSN and DOI number, and the book “Direito e Justiça”, with three distinct ISBNs, European, Brazilian and Digital.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Post-graduate Students and Professors (both, Lato Sensu – specialization – and Stricto Sensu in master’s and doctoral degrees); Specialists, Masters, Doctors, Researchers, University Professors, Judges, Representatives of the Prosecution Office, Lawyers and other professionals of the legal career can submit their articles, and, in general, people who are engaged, in the professional scope, in any fields or subjects of Law, and are interested in showing their original scientific studies on any of the themes proposed. The articles can be sent according to the following curricular requirements:
- Lato Sensu post-graduate students (having finished or undertaking a specialization course): articles will only be accepted if in co-authorship with a Doctor;
- Stricto Sensu post-graduate students (undertaking a Master’s course): articles will only be accepted if in co-authorship with a Doctor (preferably the tutor);
- Masters, Doctor Candidates, Doctors and Post-Doctors: articles written individually or in coauthorship of at most three people will be accepted.
Note: Encouraging the fundamental premise of CONSINTER of support and promotion to scientific and academic production, it is relevant to inform that, for analysis and possible publication, all the articles demonstrably subscribed and originated in accordance with the target public mentioned above, in the header of this item 4, will be accepted. However, in the face of the normative criteria for the quantification by Qualis, only the articles approved by the Editorial Board and in which at least one of the authors is a Doctor will be pre-selected for the publication in the journal “Revista Internacional do CONSINTER”. The articles which have been approved, but which do not fulfill the prerequisite of degree of at least one author-doctor, will not be indexed in the journal “Revista Internacional do CONSINTER” (with ISSN register), although they have the guarantee to be published in the book “Livro do CONSINTER: Direito e Justiça” (with ISBN register).
DISSEMINATION OF THE LEGAL INVESTIGATION AND PUBLICATION OF THE ARTICLES
Observing the scenario that imposes great difficulties to those interested in publishing their studies and investigation work, CONSINTER comes up with the purpose of contributing to the diffusion of academic studies, publishing them, facilitating their dissemination, in addition to fostering an investigative formation of excellence, and the transfer of knowledge from universities to society. The articles will be subjected to a selection and approval process by the Editorial Board of CONSINTER, meeting criteria of scientific quality, being the analysis carried out in the double blind review system, according to the requirements by the national and international institutions and agencies of investigation and teaching that evaluate the investigating activity of Post-Graduation. Thus, besides allowing visibility to scientific production in official publications of the CONSINTER, the applicants will gain:
a) The publication of their scientific article, as long as it has been approved by the CONSINTER Editorial Board;
b) The opportunity to present their scientific article orally, as long as it has been approved by the CONSINTER Editorial Board, with no additional cost, in the VII CONSINTER INTERNACIONAL LAW SYMPOSIUM (VII Simpósio Internacional de Direito CONSINTER), which will take place on the 07, 08 and 09 of october 2020.
INFORMATION
All texts will be evaluated by the double-blind review system, respecting the authors’ anonymity.
At the sovereign criterion by the CONSINTER Editorial Board, some articles will be selected to be published in the periodic edition of the journal “Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito”, with the respective ISSN. This publication will have two editions in Portugal, being one printed, and the other one digital.
The articles that have not been selected to the journal “Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito”, but which have been approved by the Editorial Board, will be published in the official book of “CONSINTER Direito e Justiça”, with ISBN register. This publication will have three editions: one printed in Portugal, and two editions in Brazil (one digital and the other one printed).
