CONSINTER<\/strong> \u2013 International Council for Contemporary Postgraduate Studies.<\/p>\n

The CONSINTER International Journal of Law, qualified with QUALIS A3, and the Book Direito e Justi\u00e7a is published by Editorial Juru\u00e1, which is the only Portuguese-Brazilian publisher included in the SPI (Scholarly Publishers Indicators) \u2013 an international ranking that indicates editorial prestige and qualifies the impact index of all publishers present in Spain.<\/p>\n

PRESENTATION <\/strong><\/p>\n

CONSINTER is designed to promote individual autonomy so that, in a constructive and integrating way, individuals may improve their own destiny and the destiny of society in general.<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE NOTICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Notice opens the call for submission of scientific articles for possible publication in one of CONSINTER’s official works, in subsequent editions and their oral presentation, once approved.<\/p>\n

The articles will be analyzed by CONSINTER’s Body of Reviewers\/Editorial Board through the double-blind review system. If approved, they will be published in one of CONSINTER’s official works and may be presented orally during the XI CONSINTER International Law Symposium \u2013 Universidad de Complutense de Madrid, from November 13th to 15th, 2024, upon payment of an additional fee for participation\/presentation of the article at the event, which must be done at the time of registration (see item 13). The publication of articles does not depend on their oral presentation.<\/p>\n

The official works of CONSINTER: the journal \u201cRevista International Consinter de Direito<\/em>\u201d, with European ISSN and DOI number, and the book \u201cDireito e Justi\u00e7a<\/em>\u201d, with three distinct ISBNs, European, Brazilian and Digital.<\/p>\n

CONSINTER uses the Open Journal Systems Platform – OJS, a software that aims to streamline the editorial management process and electronic publication of the CONSINTER International Journal of Law and the book Direito e Justi\u00e7a, both official works of CONSINTER.<\/p>\n

It is a tool that assists the journal’s editorial process with sending and receiving articles, communicating with authors, and automating peer and blind review.<\/p>\n

In this way, the OJS Platform gives the journal greater credibility within the scientific community. Therefore, it is essential that your article is uploaded (according to item 7) on the OJS platform.<\/p>\n

This Notice opens the call for submission of scientific articles for possible publication in one of CONSINTER’s official works, in subsequent editions, and their oral presentation as long as they are approved.<\/p>\n

It is at the discretion of the Organizing Committee to indicate and number the CONSINTER Journal or Book in which the approved article will be published.<\/p>\n

The indication takes into account numerous factors, from the chronological order of the date of receipt to the date of return after making corrections when requested, among other criteria.<\/p>\n

The publication date of the article is not linked to the date of the call notice nor the date of the event and may be published after the event.<\/p>\n

Full access to articles published in the CONSINTER International Journal of Law – QUALIS A3 is free, clique aqui<\/a> to see all previous editions and find out all previous editions and use them as a bibliography in your scientific article, as well as in all your legal research.<\/p>\n
