The object of these lines is to extend an open invitation for a large international event in which participants may submit their unpublished scientific contributions orally, appraising their publication, both in Europe and in Brazil, in accordance with the event rules. In this way, effective instruments will be a boost for knowledge democratization, interaction among people and improvement consolidation.<\/p>\n<p>The sum of contributions from different legal cultures will allow the overcoming of the current limitations imposed by geography and economy. Thus, all coordinated efforts are welcomely aimed at the academic formation of reflective individuals, committed to values and principles to which the contemporary civilization aspires for.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ON THE SYMPOSIUM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CONSINTER International Symposium aims to serve as a meeting place for the post-graduate students (masters and Ph.D.) and researchers, where they can discuss the results of their work, as well as exchanging knowledge and experience. It is an exceptional opportunity for presentation and publication of unpublished scientific studies.<\/p>\n<p>The referred communication means are Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito, with ISSN and DOI number and CONSINTER Book Direito e Justi\u00e7a with three distinct <em>ISBNs<\/em>: European, Brazilian and Digital.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE: The journal \u201cRevista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito\u201d is indexed on national and international databases, such as Google Scholar, Latindex, REDIB, DOAJ, CAPES, LivRe, Diadorim, Sum\u00e1rios.org, Cite Factor, Tribunal Superior Eleitoral and Rede Virtual de Bibliotecas Integradas (RVBI).<\/p>\n<p>Articles will be accepted in any themes of law:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>a) <\/strong>COMMON, COLLECTIVE AND INDIVIDUAL HOMOGENEOUS RIGHTS<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>b) <\/strong>PUBLIC LAW<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>c) <\/strong>PRIVATE LAW<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>d)<\/strong> INTERNATIONAL LAW<\/p>\n<p><strong> TARGET AUDIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Post-graduate Students and Professors (both, <em>Lato Sensu<\/em> &#8211; specialization &#8211; and <em>Stricto Sensu<\/em> in master&#8217;s and doctoral degrees); Specialists, Masters, Doctors, Researchers, University Professors, Judges, Representatives of the Prosecution Office, Lawyers and other professionals of the legal career can submit their articles, and, in general, people who are engaged, in the professional scope, in any fields or subjects of Law, and are interested in showing their original scientific studies on any of the themes proposed.<\/p>\n<p>The articles can be sent according to the following curricular requirements:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><strong>a)<\/strong> Lato Sensu<\/em> post-graduate students (having finished or undertaking a specialization course): articles will only be accepted if in co-authorship with a Doctor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><strong>b) <\/strong>Stricto<\/em> Sensu post-graduate students (undertaking a Master&#8217;s course): articles will only be accepted if in co-authorship with a Doctor (preferably the tutor).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><strong>c) <\/strong><\/em>Masters, Doctor Candidates, Doctors, and Post-Doctors: articles written individually or in coauthorship of at most three people will be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>The attendance at the Symposium as an attendee is conditioned to the submission payment, but it does not bind the submission of a scientific article to CONSINTER.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Encouraging the fundamental premise of CONSINTER of support and promotion to scientific and academic production, it is relevant to inform that, for analysis and possible publication, all the articles demonstrably subscribed and originated in accordance with the target public mentioned above, in the header of this item 4, will be accepted. However, in the face of the normative criteria for the quantification by Qualis, only the articles approved by the Editorial Board and in which at least one of the authors is a Doctor will be pre-selected for the publication in the journal \u201cRevista Internacional do CONSINTER\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>**The articles which have been approved, but which do not fulfill the prerequisite of degree of at least one author-doctor, will not be indexed in the journal \u201cRevista Internacional do CONSINTER\u201d (with ISSN register), although they have the guarantee to be published in the book \u201cLivro do CONSINTER: Direito e Justi\u00e7a\u201d (with ISBN register).<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISSEMINATION OF THE LEGAL INVESTIGATION ON THE VI CONSINTER INTERNATIONAL LAW SYMPOSIUM AND PUBLICATION RIGHTS OF THE ARTICLES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Observing the scenario that imposes great difficulties to those interested in publishing their studies and investigation work, CONSINTER comes up with the purpose of contributing to the diffusion of academic studies, publishing them, facilitating their dissemination, in addition to fostering an investigative formation of excellence, and the transfer of knowledge from universities to society.<\/p>\n<p>The articles will be subjected to a selection and approval process by the Editorial Board of CONSINTER, meeting criteria of scientific quality, being the analysis carried out in the double-blind review system, according to the requirements by the national and international institutions and agencies of investigation and teaching that evaluate the investigating activity of Post-Graduation.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, besides allowing visibility to scientific production in official publications of the CONSINTER, the applicants will gain:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>a)<\/strong> The publication of their scientific article, as long as it has been approved by CONSINTER Editorial Board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>b) <\/strong>The opportunity to present their scientific article orally, as long as it has been approved by CONSINTER Editorial Board, with no additional cost, in the \u201cVI Simp\u00f3sio Internacional de Direito CONSINTER\u201d (VI CONSINTER INTERNATIONAL LAW SYMPOSIUM), which will take place in the second semester, from October 23 to October 25, 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>c) <\/strong>The opportunity to watch the lectures of renowned foreigners and Brazilians jurists, as well as exchanging information and opinions for the decision-making process with legal transcendence;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>d) <\/strong>The possibility to expand their network of contacts with persons of high scientific and academic level;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>e) <\/strong>The opportunity to seek scientific knowledge transferring, which will contribute to the recognition of the investigative activity and the international scientific cooperation.<\/p>\n<p><strong> INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All texts will be evaluated by the double-blind review system, respecting the authors&#8217; anonymity.<\/p>\n<p>At the sovereign criterion by the CONSINTER Editorial Board, some articles will be selected to be published in the periodic edition of the journal \u201cRevista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito\u201d, with the respective ISSN. This publication will have two editions in Portugal, being one printed, and the other one digital.<\/p>\n<p>The articles that have not been selected to the journal \u201cRevista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito\u201d, but which have been approved by the Editorial Board, will be published in the official book of \u201cCONSINTER Direito e Justi\u00e7a\u201d, with ISBN register. This publication will have three editions: one printed in Portugal, and two editions in Brazil (one digital and the other one printed).<\/p>\n<p>The approved articles can be presented orally in the \u201cVI Simp\u00f3sio Internacional de Direito CONSINTER\u201dof Barcelona, by the author or one of the co-authors, with a fixed time, to be informed by e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>The publication of the
