In the event of my possible participation in the event organized\/promoted by CONSINTER and\/or its affiliates, I also authorize and grant irrevocably, definitively and free of charge, the publishing rights of my image and\/or voice and\/or social networks by CONSINTER - International Council of Contemporary Studies in Postgraduate and\/or by Editora Juru\u00e1 Ltda, and\/or by Editorial Juru\u00e1 Lda at the event (s) they may produce or have already created, at any time on occasion of transmission in any promotional videos, both of which (Consinter and\/or Juru\u00e1 Editora and\/or Editorial Juru\u00e1 Lda) together or separately, under the terms of the law, edit, publish, disseminate, reproduce for commercial purposes and in a definitive manner, through any technical, mechanographic, computerized, electronic or audiovisual medium (internet, diskettes, CD-ROM, cinematographic, etc.), per se or through partners, this assignment\/ authorization being made free of charge and without any onerosity and\/or any other type of consideration, that is, I am aware that I shall not receive any remuneration, payment or indemnity, due to the disclosure of my voice and images and this authorization is also suitable for new and future reissues of the event at the discretion from Consinter and\/or Juru\u00e1 Editora Since I have agreed in advance with the conditions established, I sign this authorization\/declaration, agreeing with the terms set out to have the necessary legal effects.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
According to the provisions of Law 137098, I, above named and qualified, consent and agree with the processing of my personal data by CONSINTER and\/or Jurua Editora Ltda and\/or Editorial Juru\u00e1 Ltda, for managing editorial and registration administrative processes, marketing and dissemination of my article in marketing actions, both in print and through digital or other means that may exist, on their own or third-party websites, including marketplace and lives, within the national territory and abroad. I also consent to exchange e-mails between me and the controllers seeking information relevant to the event and the publication of my article for the remarkable progress of selection, editing, publication, and dissemination process. I also agree to the use of my address for sending books and documents through the postal service, carriers, or other means of transport.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
