These publications are distributed both in Europe and Brazil and include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The International CONSINTER Law Journal, rated QUALIS A3<\/li>\n<li>The book Law and Justice, published by Editorial Juru\u00e1, the only Luso-Brazilian publishing house included in the SPI (Scholarly Publishers Indicators)\u2014an international ranking that measures the editorial prestige and impact factor of publishing houses present in Spain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Regarding the events, what was previously known as the International Symposium has now been rebranded as the International Congress due to its growth and expanded range of topics.<\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"sub-presentation\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"\">PRESENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CONSINTER is designed to promote individual autonomy so that, in a constructive and integrating way, individuals may improve their own destiny and the destiny of society in general.<\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"sub-congressos\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"\">ABOUT THE CONGRESSES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CONSINTER will hold its 12th and 13th editions in 2025, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>XII International CONSINTER Law Congress \u2013 August 27-28, 2025, at PUC PR.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>XIII International CONSINTER Law Congress \u2013 October 22-24, 2025, at Universitat de Barcelona.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CONSINTER events will feature lectures by international and national professors and jurists, as well as working groups where scientific articles will be presented orally by law scholars, including professors, undergraduate and postgraduate students (Master\u2019s and PhD candidates), researchers, lawyers, judges, and members of the Brazilian and Ibero-American Public Ministry. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to discuss research findings and exchange knowledge.Participation can be:<\/p>\n<p>Participation can be in the following ways<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submission of the article only<\/li>\n<li>Submission of the article + oral presentation at the above-mentioned Congresses<\/li>\n<li>As a listener, without submitting an article, with the possibility of debating the topics presented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CONSINTER Congress is now recognized as the most representative legal gathering held in Spain, bringing together South American and European jurists.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to this prestigious recognition, the Congresses also foster meaningful interactions and professional networking among legal professionals who share a Luso-Hispanic cultural heritage.<\/p>\n<p>It is an exceptional opportunity for presenting and publishing unpublished scientific studies and establishing international connections.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, <em>CONSINTER<\/em>, in partnership with <em>Juru\u00e1<\/em>, provides authors, coordinators, directors, and collaborators of <em>Juru\u00e1 Brasil<\/em> or Europe with the opportunity to launch their books in a special autograph session during the Congress.<\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"sub-edital\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"\">ABOUT THE NOTICE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Notice opens the call for submission of scientific articles for possible publication in one of CONSINTER&#8217;s official works, in subsequent editions and their oral presentation, once approved.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Organizing Committee<\/strong> has the sole discretion to determine the <strong>publication type and issue<\/strong> (either in the <em>Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito<\/em> or the <em>CONSINTER Book: Direito e Justi\u00e7a<\/em>) in which the <strong>approved article<\/strong> will be published.<\/p>\n<p>This decision is based on several factors, including the <strong>chronological order<\/strong> of submission, the <strong>date of resubmission<\/strong> after requested revisions (if applicable), and other selection criteria.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>publication date<\/strong> of the article is <strong>not linked<\/strong> to the <strong>Call for Papers deadline<\/strong> or the <strong>event date<\/strong>, meaning that the article may be published <strong>after<\/strong> the Congress has taken place.<\/p>\n<p>Access to the <strong>full articles<\/strong> published in the <em>Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito<\/em> (<strong>QUALIS A3<\/strong>) is <strong>free of charge<\/strong>. <em>QUALIS A3<\/em> is the author having a Ph.D. title.
